By booking and participating in a guided tour with St. George Ghost Tours, you acknowledge that the town’s haunted past is not the only thing that might come back to haunt you. Our tours venture into the dark corners of Saint George, exploring eerie alleyways, shadowy corridors, and haunted sites. While we strive to ensure your safety, there are a few things you need to know before joining our ghostly adventure:

 

Risk of Frightful Encounters:
St. George Ghost Tours cannot guarantee that the only chills you feel are from the cool desert breeze. Apparitions, eerie whispers, and sudden cold spots have been known to accompany our guests. Participation in this tour means you accept the possibility of an encounter with the unexplained.

 

Physical Risks:
The ghostly streets of Saint George can be uneven, and shadows might conceal steps, roots, or other tripping hazards. By participating in this tour, you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and physical well-being while navigating potentially uneven paths, steps, or other obstacles. We will not be held responsible for any falls, bumps, or bruises that may occur while fleeing from…uh, exploring haunted locations.

 

Emotional Distress:
Paranormal activity has been known to cause heightened emotions, including fear, anxiety, and a sudden urge to scream. St. George Ghost Tours will not be held liable for any supernatural-induced fainting, chills, or goosebumps that may persist long after the tour ends.

 

Possession or Attachment:
Guests are advised to avoid provoking or inviting spirits during the tour. Should any entity decide to “attach” itself to you or your belongings, St. George Ghost Tours is not liable for any hauntings, poltergeist activity, or late-night ghostly visits that might occur once you leave. Any paranormal activity experienced after the tour is considered beyond the responsibility and liability of St. George Ghost Tours.

 

Participation of Minors:
Children are welcome on our tours, but due to the unsettling nature of our stories, parental discretion is advised. By allowing minors to participate, parents assume full responsibility for their reactions and any future insistence on leaving a nightlight on.

 

Photography and Recordings:
Guests are encouraged to take photos and recordings. However, St. George Ghost Tours is not responsible for any spectral figures or ghostly phenomena captured in your photos. If a spirit follows you home, consider it a unique souvenir.

 

General Liability Release:
I, the undersigned, hereby release and forever discharge St. George Ghost Tours, its employees, guides, and affiliated entities from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising from my participation in this ghostly tour. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, any claims related to physical injuries, accidents, emotional distress, or property damage that may occur during the tour, whether caused by environmental factors, tour participants, or supernatural phenomena.
